Vegan Wraps

This vegan wraps recipe is a low-cost meal that can be eaten for a quick meal on the go or a nice sit-down dinner in good company. The ingredients are easily interchangeable to suit your personal preferences, therefore, feel free to change it as much as you want/need. This recipe should give you an idea of how to make tasty and vegan wraps.

  • 2 wholemeal tortilla wraps
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 salad leafs, cut
  • ½ avocado, mashed
  • 4-5 cherry tomatoes, cut
  • 1 red pepper, cut
  • table salt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice


  • Add the lemon juice to the mashed avocado and then add salt to it
  • Spread the avocado on the wraps, then add the cucumber, salad leafs, cherry tomatoes and the red pepper
  • Pour the olive oil on top of the vegetables, and then wrap it all up
