Ingredients
- 2 wholemeal tortilla wraps
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 salad leafs, cut
- ½ avocado, mashed
- 4-5 cherry tomatoes, cut
- 1 red pepper, cut
- table salt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Method
- Add the lemon juice to the mashed avocado and then add salt to it
- Spread the avocado on the wraps, then add the cucumber, salad leafs, cherry tomatoes and the red pepper
- Pour the olive oil on top of the vegetables, and then wrap it all up
